Yes - our Smart websites are incredibly easy to edit. All the text and pictures you see on the website pages can be edited by the site owner. It's also really easy to create new pages too!
We provide a complimentary business license for a great booking system called WP Booking System
Choose to use the full booking system, or just show an availability calendar. (Owner's will need to set up all the required pricing and settings)
Alternatively, if you prefer to use a different booking system, we can integrate this into your website for you, using either direct links or embedding widget codes.
Our typical turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks from start to finish.
If additional custom work (such as amendments to layouts or styling) is required, the completion time will be dependent on the amount of work required.

We will provide basic copywriting for the set pages provided within the set up fee (see above "What pages are included"
You will be able to easily edit the text and photos, and we have found that adding the text for owners will allow them to get a good idea of what text is required, that they amend as necessary.
Although, if you prefer to provide all your text that is fine too!

For example; if your accommodation has an EV charger this would make a great landing page. Without a dedicated page focusing on this niche, your site would struggle to get found for any related searches.

We optimise your landing pages, Area pages, home and accommodation pages for search engines and provide tutorials to show you how to optimise any content you create going forward.
In addition, when we make your site live we also send your site to be indexed by search engines, which speeds up the process for getting all your site's content to be seen quickly by Search Engines.

This is because we build our websites using WordPress (considered one of the best website platforms) - and to prevent security issues and problems arising the websites require frequent updating of the installation, as well as the software we use to build the website, and additional plugins which provide additional functionality.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are not able to provide technical support for any websites that we do not host on our servers. Should you wish to host elsewhere please tell us at the time of ordering.
Please note for self-hosting clients, we can not guarantee that any licences for software in use on your website will be available perpetually and may cost you considerably more as an individual (should we not continue with the software over time).
Yes, our hosting takes care of all WordPress updates as well as those for the plugins in use.
Yes, you will need a domain for your new website. It's not expensive and we can help you choose a great domain name for your site. You can choose to register the domain yourself, or ask us to register it for you (an additional monthly fee will be applicable).
Basic customisations are included in the set up fee, these include colour schemes, font choices and header styles.
If you require changes to any of the page layouts this is chargeable at our hourly rate.
For example, if you are an agency, you may require additional fields to the accommodation page layout. We are quick at making changes, so don't worry changes won't cost the earth!
Our monthly fee is applicable 1 calendar month after the start of the project (even if your website isn't live yet).
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hosting, which also includes top server security and SSLs for your website. This prevents hackers and provides your potential bookers with increased trust in your website.
Hosting is a direct, continuous cost to us, so we need to pass this cost on to our customers, otherwise we couldn't provide the service that we do.
In addition, we provide premium plugins for our customers, such as Gravity Forms, RankMath Pro, WP Booking System, and more - the cost of these would be greater if you as an individual had to pay for these.
And lastly, we provide ongoing great support to our customers. If you have any queries, you only need to ask and we provide you with a helpful video tutorial, custom made for you, or help you over the phone or online meeting.
Our new SMART websites have a great layout that is ideal however we can always make changes to the layout and styling to make it exactly as you want.
